Prime Rib Roast in Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer
In today’s recipe I’ll show you how to make a Prime Rib Roast in the Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer. This recipe is easy and perfect for the Christmas holiday season or Easter.
Ingredients
- 5 lb Prime Rib Roast
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons (approximately) each Meat Mitch Steer Seasoning and Runnin’ Wild Steak Seasoning (or your favorite steak seasoning). Make sure to use a low sugar seasoning, so it does not burn in the Big Easy Oil-Less Fryer.
Recipe Instructions
- Apply the olive oil to all sides of the Prime Rib.
- Season the Prime Rib Roast
- Preheat the Big Easy for 15 minutes.
- Place the Prime Rib Roast in the Big Easy basket and add to the Big Easy Oil-Less Fyer.
- Cook the Prime Rib Roast until an internal temperature of 127 degrees F (if you are targeting medium rare). This cook took 1 hour 45 minutes.
- Remove the basket from the Big Easy and let cool down until safe to handle.
- Remove the Prime Rib Roast from the basket and let rest another 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
