Climax Venison Jerky is made from whole muscle, not chopped and formed. The folks at Climax Jerky began making jerky 10 years ago on top of Freemont Pass across from the Climax Mine in Colorado. All their Venison Jerky is oven roasted, juicy and more tender than you will find anywhere.
Ingredients: Venison, water, salt, brown sugar, spices, soy powder, flavorings.
