Kentucky Style Dipping Sauce and Marinade is a vinegar and lemon based dipping sauce that comes from a 100 year old Kentucky family recipe. Although it was originally formulated for barbeque, it is also great on grilled fish or for use as a marinade. Additionally, it is excellent for use as a dipping sauce for Sushi rolls.
This sauce won 2nd place in the Vinegar BBQ Sauce category at the 2008 America's Best Food Competition.
It also placed in the Top 10 at the American Royal BBQ Sauce Competition.

Cut an onion in half and then slice to desired thickness. Place the onion in a pan with a tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil. Slowly sweat the onion slices until they become transparent.
Add Ribber City Kentucky Style Dipping Sauce and Marinade. Stir.
Serve on hamburgers, hot dogs, steaks or anything else where you enjoy onions.
